First-time customization buyers usually ask three things: how is the quote derived, how long does sampling take, and will bulk match the sample? Using Feihong's actual flow, here is the whole chain explained.

Step one, requirement talk: the client sends artwork or a sample plus size, material and colour requirements and quantity. The more specific the input, the faster everything downstream — a design file with sizes and materials saves at least one round compared with a product photo.

Step two, costing: the factory breaks the artwork into processes — fabric type and weight, hardware and zipper specs, print or embroidery size and colour count, packaging — and returns a formal quotation within 48 hours.

Step three, sampling: usually 3-7 days, longer for special processes such as lamination, embroidery or woven labels. The sample is the bulk standard: the approved sample is sealed on file and bulk is accepted against it — the key mechanism against "not as pictured".

Step four, production: materials sourced within 3 days, the line runs in parallel, lead times confirmed by order size, with QC patrols during production.

Step five, QC and delivery: full pre-shipment inspection, optional FBA labelling and barcoded packaging, pickup and dispatch within 48 hours.

MOQ: OEM from 500, customization from 1,000, and 378 stock listings from one piece. Unsure whether your idea is feasible? Send the artwork to Manager Zhang for an assessment.
