MOQ & pricing

  • What are the MOQs? Can I buy in small quantities?

    Stock sells from one piece (some styles from two), with mixed lots and styles supported. OEM labelling starts at 500 pieces and artwork/sample customization at 1,000. Smaller sellers can start with stock or dropshipping to test the market, then move to customization — low trial-and-error cost.

  • How are stock and customized goods priced?

    Stock follows listed prices with volume steps. Custom pricing requires breaking down artwork or a sample into processes — fabric type and weight, hardware and zipper specs, print/embroidery size and colour count, packaging — all affect unit price. Send artwork to Manager Zhang for a formal quotation within 48 hours.

  • Are there volume discounts? Do you issue VAT invoices?

    Tiered pricing applies — the larger the quantity, the better the unit price, calculated per order. VAT invoices are available (15% invoicing point); confirm invoice details with sales before ordering.

Sampling & customization

  • Can I customize from artwork? What should I provide?

    Yes — artwork customization is our fastest custom track. Provide design artwork or a physical sample, size requirements, material preferences, target colours and quantity. Artwork annotated with sizes and materials speeds up quoting and sampling considerably.

  • How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

    Sampling usually takes 3-7 days, longer for special processes such as lamination, embroidery or woven labels depending on complexity. Sample fees and refund rules are confirmed by process and style before ordering.

  • Can logos, colours, sizes and packaging be customized?

    All customizable. Logos via silk-screen, embroidery, woven labels or embossing; colours by Pantone card, with non-stock colours scheduled after confirmation; sizes adjusted to needs, non-standard sizes via the custom flow; packaging, hangtags, woven labels and barcode labelling to brand or FBA requirements.

Materials & craftsmanship

  • What material are the travel packing cubes? Are they durable?

    Our main material is eco-friendly PET with a frosted translucent body — contents faintly visible. PET is low-density and light (medium bag about 88 g) with tear resistance better than thin polyester of the same weight; with widened zippers it is durable in daily use.

  • What fabric are the kids school bags? What ages suit them?

    The corduroy school bag uses corduroy as the main fabric with polyester lining — soft, skin-friendly and breathable. Black and cream, about 150 g, under-20 L capacity, suited to primary school. The kindergarten model is smaller for preschoolers, with unified purchasing customization for kindergartens.

  • What special processes do you support?

    We cover eight special processes — design, material selection, labels, zipper pulls, embroidery, lamination, silk-screen and packaging — freely combinable to brand requirements for differentiated customization.

Delivery & after-sales

  • How soon do orders ship after payment?

    Stock orders ship within 48 hours with a 100% 48-hour pickup rate and late-dispatch compensation. Custom lead times are calculated after sample approval by order size; raw materials are sourced within 3 days, keeping bulk scheduling steady.

  • Do you ship internationally? Do you support FBA labelling?

    Yes — export-ready supply with FBA-compliant barcode labelling, carton packing and "ship in own container" marks, cooperating with your forwarder for warehouse delivery; international express or sea freight also available per order.

  • What if the goods arrive with quality issues?

    Platform protections cover damage, size mismatch, print errors, delays and 7-day no-reason returns. On receipt of any issue, contact Manager Zhang immediately with photos and order details — a dedicated contact will handle it.

Service & cooperation

  • Do you support dropshipping?

    Yes — dropshipping from one piece with no inventory, supporting seller testing and listing distribution. Order methods and shipping details (encrypted dispatch, packaging without source information) can be confirmed with sales.

  • Are you a source factory or a trading company?

    Feihong is a source factory: in Choujiang Street, Yiwu, with a 4,500 m2 plant, 154 staff (121 on the line) and monthly output above RMB 5 million. A four-star 1688 supply chain with a factory-authenticity guarantee, we welcome on-site factory visits.
